We at Bachaa Party are looking for a senior resource to manage our Retail outlet in *GUJRANWALA*.
The Position is *ASSISTANT FLOOR MANAGER – HARD LINE*
*Position: 01*
*Location: GUJRANWALA*
*Store Location: (Sir Syed Ali Rd, Block A Satellite Town, Gujranwala)*
*ASSISTANT FLOOR MANAGER – HARD LINE*
*Experience of toys, accessories, stationary & jewelry is a plus.*
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
Will be responsible for complete supervision of designated sections.
Will be responsible to increase sales & enhance customer services.
Training of staff on regular basis.
Train new hires on the standards & procedures of the company, from how to handle a negative customer experience to how to properly interact with customers.
Ensure visual merchandising according to the company’s requirements.
Lead the team & sections under one department.
*REQUIREMENT*
3 – 4 years of experience in a well-known retail brand.
Minimum Graduation.
Communication, people & leadership skills are a must.
Problem-solving, CONFIDENT & energetic personality.
