Job Purpose:
To execute routine audits and/or segments of significant and complex audits in accordance with the company policies and industry best practices under the direction of the General Auditor.
Scope:
Conduct regular audits on selected company operations and functions, and review the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and procedures. Recommend actions to enhance control weaknesses and improve operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing audit plans and defining the scope of audits and audit programs and ensure an on-target implementation of the same.
2. Participate in relevant risk assessment activities to identify risks and business impacts of company activities in order to determine areas for audits.
3. Prepare draft audit findings and recommendations and submit the same to the Senior Auditor for review and comment.
4. Measure compliance of internal business processes with company policies and procedures as well as with Saudi Arabian laws and legislations. Evaluate the effectiveness of the existing internal controls.
5. Report to the Senior Auditor and General Auditor with regards to any violations, non-conformities, and control weaknesses and recommend necessary corrective actions to be taken.
6. Assist the Senior Auditor in coordinating with external auditors, providing them with all related information, explaining systems and procedures, and reviewing their findings and recommendations.
7. Participate in training workshops conducted by General Auditor/Senior Auditor or external parties.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned by General Auditor.

• Conversant with Microsoft Office applications and Audit Management Analysis tools and software.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
Education Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Quality Assurance/Control or equivalent.
Experience:
3-5 of experience in the required technical field..

The On-Stream Analyzers Field Technician is responsible for but not limited to
- system components such as sampling systems, Validation systems, sample collection systems, analyzer shelters & cabinets
- Implementing the PM program and ensuring all the activities are performed as per OEM recommendation and process
- Handle Breakdown and Preventive maintenance jobs related to On-Stream analyzers and related
- duress
- Regularly monitor the performance of Analyzers & related systems and take necessary action to ensure high availability, quality & safety
- Ensuring the Analyzer systems are in safe conditions and performing housekeeping
- Transportation of Compressed gas cylinders, Reagents, and material to the site
- Preparation of Reagents, standards, and other chemicals required for the operation of the analyzers
- To follow the Work permit system with full compliance
- Strictly adhere to SATORP policies and HSSE programs
- Ensure all the records related to Maintenance and operation are maintained
- Communicate with Operations and another department for Analyzer related matters
- Perform calibration, validation, and correlation against Laboratory results
- Preventive Maintenance: Planning and scheduling, task list creation
- Maintaining the history of jobs through the SAP PM module
- Raise Management of change (MOC)
- Preparation of standard maintenance procedures and risk assessment
- Spares codification and Bill of Material maintenance
- Spares and service consumption, Purchase requisition/order follow up
- Technical reviews and write-ups for spares & inspection at stores
- Material Resource Planning (MRP) for modeling of critical spares
- Delivering toolbox talks
- knowledge sharing & Learning
- Prepare Reports related to availability & reliability
- Reporting unsafe acts, conditions, and Incidents
- This position requires work in the field (throughout the year), climbing ladders, and requires a person to handle some lifting.
- Computer Literacy is mandatory for this position.
Educational Qualification:
- Diploma in Engineering (3 Years) (Instrumentation/ Electronics & Communication/ Chemical)
Experience Requirements:
- (2 - 4) years of relevant experience in Analyzers Maintenance
- Experience must be related to process and environmental analyzers and sample conditioning systems in a petroleum refinery or petrochemical plant.
