 Wah Industries Limited (WIL) was established on November 07, 1958, as a commercial enterprise. We are a state-owned with 100% investment and management control of Pakistan Ordnance Factories (POF, www.pof.gov.pk). WIL was incorporated on 7 Nov 1958 as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Ordinance 1984.

WIL is a conglomerate of subsidiaries, divisions, and production units. WIL acts as the sole selling agent for POF in Pakistan while selling to law enforcement and civil armed forces through its “Arms and Ammo Division”. WIL also exports arms and ammo to friendly countries.
