Education: MBA/MPA, Candidates must have 10-12 years of Training & Development Exp in the Manufacturing Industry

Technical Competencies:

Measuring Training Effectiveness, OPEX& CAPEX budget

Development & Training, Analytical Skills, Business Acumen, Transfer of Authority & Delegation, and Customer & Quality Orientation Non-Technical Competencies:

 Time Management & Priority Setting, Team Organizing Management/ Team Building, Result Oriented, Teamwork, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Change Management & Development, Negotiation Skills

 Note: Only 10-12 years Expense will be considerable

 Salary: 350,000-400,000 with other benefits
