Mechanical Technician required for our Head Office based in Karachi:

A mechanical technician is a skilled worker who is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment and systems. Their duties may include:

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand the design and function of mechanical systems and equipment.
• Conducting routine maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
• Troubleshooting mechanical problems and identifying the root cause of issues.
• Repairing or replacing faulty mechanical components, such as bearings, motors, and pumps.
• Installing new mechanical equipment and systems, including assembling and testing components to ensure proper function. 
• Using hand and power tools to fabricate or modify parts as needed.
• Following safety protocols and regulations to ensure the safe operation of mechanical equipment.

Mechanical technicians may work in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, automotive, and aviation. They may work independently or as part of a larger maintenance or repair team. The education and training requirements for mechanical technicians may vary depending on the employer and the specific job responsibilities, but typically include a high school diploma or equivalent, along with vocational or technical training in mechanical maintenance or repair.

Education: DAE Mechanical/B-Tech Mechanical

Experience: 2 to 3 Years in Material handling fork lifters equipment, earth moving Machinery, and cleaning equipment.
