1- Position: Purchase Officer

Qualification: Graduate/Masters
Experience: 3-4 years
Location: Lahore
Gender: Male

Responsibilities:

• Regular vendors visit to verify the order processing and resolve their day-to-day issues with material and quality.
• To ensure on-time delivery, VDN, and claim management as per assigned targets
• Responsible for overall purchases of electrical, mechanical, stationery items, grocery items, furniture items, etc
• Assist seniors within the purchasing department to Identify new vendors
• Supervise the Process audit of vendor officer / Sr. Vendor officer
• To assist Dy. Managed Purchases in new product development
• To initiate purchase order creation and follow up with support staff within the purchase dept.
• Review purchase reports and make daily plans
• Weekly reports of pending orders to the line manager
