Minimum Requirements
Educational Qualification:
· Bachelor's Degree in Chemical / Mechanical / Petrochemical Engg. with 3 years of experience.
· Diploma in Chemical / Industrial / Refinery Operating Technology / Petrochemical Engineering with 4 years of experience
· HSC (12 years School pass) in Science with Chemistry; plus 5 years of work experience
Experience
· Work experience should be in Refinery, Gas Liquid or support facilities, Petrochemical / Energy (For Utility Units-Compressor & Boiler), Hydrogen, Sulphur, Continuous Catalytic Reforming (CCR), Naphtha Hydrotreating Unit (NHT), Isomerization, Hydrocracker (HCR), Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC) and Coker Units.
· Good knowledge of the English Language.

Job Description:
- Supervise a team to perform and monitor quality checks in all departments to ensure defects do not occur.
- Train operators on how to identify and prevent product defects.
- Train operators on quality checks and testing SOPs.
- Performs routine testing for Vendor / Customer products as per required inspection parameters in Purchase / Sale Orders.
- Manages quality incident investigation process to ascertain root cause(s) and recommend preventive measures and improve quality.
- Oversees all sorts of activities (establish sorting standards, FG placement SOPs, mentor and monitor temporary employees, SAP entries, and housekeeping)
- Manages quality lab (testing, calibrations, troubleshooting, housekeeping, and training)
Experience:- 06 to 08 Years
Education:- Preferably MSc or BSc Chemistry/Chemical Engineering
Proficient in MS Office
