EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 10 years of Quality experience with at least 5 years in Oil & Gas / Production Operations
• Extensive knowledge of Quality Management Systems and application of industry codes, standards, and specifications e.g. API, NACE, ISO, API Q1/Q2, etc.
• Certified Lead Auditor, preferred
• LEAN Experience, Certification preferred
• Four Year College degrees in or a technical, business, or management-related field, are preferred.
• Management of contract personnel such as quality control inspection resources
• Managing root cause analysis investigation required.

• At least five years of experience as an administrative, information, or database analyst, engineering technician, or coordinator
• Successful experience working in support of teams. Experience working with
• technical/engineering/operational teams preferred.
• Strong computer software skills are required.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Strong written communication skills. Verbal is a plus.
• Ability to analyze processes and data.
• Good understanding of current and emerging tools and technology to help teams operate more effectively.
