Senior Reliability Engineer (Rotating Equipment)-Direct Hire
Location: Ruwais, Abu Dhabi

Minimum Job Requirements
Supervises and participates in the inspection of all rotary equipment and auxiliaries in the Plant, including centrifugal compressors, reciprocating and centrifugal pumps, steam turbines, fans, electric motors, etc... Assesses the condition and performance of equipment and identifies poor operating conditions, maintains equipment records, schedules, and check-lists and provides advice to the Maintenance Department on required repairs and the recommended replacement of defective equipment. Scope: Monitors approximately 460 machines distributed throughout the Plant and Jetty area by Online and Offline condition monitoring and timely notification of the deviations in critical parameters and problems to the Maintenance Department.
Education: B Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. level-2 in vibration analysis
Experience: 10 years experience in rotating machines mechanical/maintenance work, including at least 6 years in inspection, and performance assessment on rotary equipment, in a fertilizer/petroleum/petrochemical process plant.
Skills
1. Predictive techniques for rotating equipment and usage of related instrumentation.
2. Condition monitoring and Vibration analysis.
3. Root cause failure analysis (RCFA).
4. Machinery troubleshooting
5. Best maintenance practices like alignments, balancing, etc.
6. Performance assessment of high-speed rotating machines.
