Eligibility: Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university

Experience: 1 year of relevant working experience

Job Responsibility:

• Maintain regulatory returns/MIS
• Monitor/vigilance of financial transactions
• Detect and Prevent fraud
• Coordinate with inter and intra Bank to resolve general queries
• Communicate with external entities
• Manage complaints and handle disputes as per TATs
• Should be willing to work independently and in shifts
• Perform any other tasks assigned

Skills & Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of Fraud Monitoring Systems, trends, and industry best practices

Eligibility: Master’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university

Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience

Job Responsibility:

• Work on analytics and dashboard reporting
• Maintain regulatory returns / MIS
• Monitoring/vigilance of financial transactions
• Detect, Analyze, Prevent, and Investigate fraud
• Coordinate with inter and intra Bank to resolve general queries
• Communicate with payment gateways, LEAs, and external entities
• Manage complaints and handle disputes as per TATs
• Should be willing to work without supervision while managing a team of individuals
• Perform any other tasks assigned

Skills & Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office, excellent interpersonal skills, well versed with products, trends, and industry best practices.
