Qualification: Chemical Engineer

Experience: 15-20 years of experience in the cement industry (minimum 05 years of experience in the same capacity)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the fulfillment of obligations for compliance of HSE at a workplace with the required frequency of monitoring and reporting under Investment Agreements with Lenders and requirements of the Regulatory Authority related to Cement Industries
• Establish workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product quality, safety, or integrity
• Coordinate with quarry, quality control, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation departments to produce the desired quality products with the optimum value chain.
• Explore the usage of alternate fuels and alternate raw materials to promote their usage in manufacturing for optimizing production costs.
• Coordinate with maintenance Departments to improve the reliability of the equipment as well as to identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the process
• Budget annual production costs, provide monthly forecasting, and keep close track of related expenses.
• Monitor raw materials/fuels consumption, and current inventory levels and work closely with finance for month closing.
• Daily interaction/communication with sales and logistics departments, to coordinate inventory, production schedule, and shipping forecasts and ensure proper customer service.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability and proven track record of leading for change.
• Attitude to Own & Take responsibility for all actions/ initiatives
• Proficient in problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively perform, organize and prioritize work independently
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word PowerPoint, CMMS, and MS Projects.
