Pakistan Machine Tool Factory is the leading manufacturer of quality precision engineering goods in Pakistan and invites the applications of potential candidates for the following positions on a contractual basis (extendable with mutual consent).

1-   Trainee Engineers

(Positions: 10) (1-year training)     

 Age Limit: Max. 25 years (Relaxation in case of suitable candidate)

Minimum Qualification: BE - (Mechanical, Chemical. Metallurgy. Materials. Electrical and Electronics or same discipline) (Fresh to 1-year hands-on experience in relevant field will be preferred)

Skills: Software skills in Auto-desk Inverter /Creo /Solid Works CNC Machine Operation Knowledge about Controls of CNC Machine Tool+++++ Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills, Proficient in MS Office.

2-   Management Trainee -Human Resources

(Position: 01) (1-year training)

Age Limit: Max. 27 years (Relaxation in case of suitable candidate)    

Minimum Qualification: MBA- HR/ Organization Psychology (CGPA 3.00) (Fresh to 1 year in the HR department of the Engineering company will be preferred)

Skills: Good Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Analytical thinking, Cultural Agile Proficient in MS Office.

3-   Principal (Female)

 (Position: 01) (3 years Contract)

Age Limit: Max. 40 years

Minimum Qualification: MA/ M.sc + B- Ed/ M.Ed. minimum 2nd Division (3-5 years of experience in a reputable English medium school as principal).

Skill: Leadership Skills, Good Communication Skills, Interpersonal Negotiations Skills, Presentation & IT Skills

4-   Deputy Manager- ER/IR

(Position: 01) (3 years Contract)

Age Limit: Max. 40 years

Minimum Qualification: MBA /MPA- IR + L.L.B preferred (10 years of experience in IR /ER in the Factory/ Manufacturing environment, be able to deal with Law Enforcement Agencies and Govt. Departments Labour, EOBI, SESSI, etc.

Skills: Strong Problem-Solving, Negotiation & Influencing skills, Proficient in MS Office.

5- Junior Officer - Protocol (JCO/NCO Retired Armed Forces)

(Position: 01) (3 years Contract)

Age Limit: Max. 42 years

Minimum Qualification: Intermediate + Adm in/ Protocol Course qualified (Clean Conduct record) Strong problem-Solving, Negotiation & Influencing skills, Proficient in MS Office
