Assistant Manager, Department of Paediatrics & Child Health - (2300006S)

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree will be preferred in a relevant field from an HEC-recognized university
• five to seven years of related work and comparable experience at a reputable and relevant organization
• knowledge of using advanced contracts and grants concepts to manage resources
• strong research background/training and analytic skills, ideally in mixed-method approaches
• excellent organizational, project management, planning, and problem-solving skills
• excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
• strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• the ability to demonstrate sound judgment in managing challenging and sensitive situations.
• excellent working experience with all types of award mechanisms, including grants, contracts, subcontracts,
• cooperative agreements, sub-awards, and Purchase Orders
• requires independent judgment and strong organization and communication skills with a customer service focus
• stays updated on compliance regulations in all areas of research administration
• timely completion of the University’s due diligence process.

• at least a Master’s degree in Epidemiology & Biostatistics, Health Policy & Management, Public Health, Healthcare Management, Anthropology, Psychology, Sociology, or any other relevant discipline
